to help you map out your journey. The counseling process can feel overwhelming
at times. Through providing a safe and positive healing environment, my goal is
to help guide my clients through the process.

I specialize in LGBTQ issues and experiences, domestic violence, and sexual
assault. My approach to therapy is through a Person Centered and Cognitive-
Behavioral therapy lense. I am also trained in EMDR therapy. I received my BA
in Psychology from New Mexico State University in 2014 and my MS in Mental
Health Counseling from The University of Texas at El Paso 2020.
